The spacious cottages were nice with good beds, just a 15‑minute walk to a lively Thai food market, but they sit on a busy road with few nearby amenities; the best breakfast options are Amazon coffee and the 7‑11, which can be a bit overwhelming, and the distance from the center means a Grab ride is needed; the pool was not very clean or inviting, though the cottages themselves were a pleasant fallback.

The staff were friendly, yet the location and atmosphere were awful, with signs of mouse droppings, and the photos were overly polished and did not match reality, so we chose to stay elsewhere.

I enjoyed my stay in Chiang Mai overall; the hotel was a great addition, and there were no negatives.

The setting was brilliant, rooms comfortable, a 7‑11 right next door, plenty of dining options, and close to the airport, with nothing to dislike.

“Nicht zufrieden”

The location was good, but the air‑conditioner and fridge were extremely loud, doors didn’t close properly, the pool looked dirty, the room wasn’t cleaned well and we had to request a re‑clean, the pillows and covers were dirty, the hot water ran out quickly due to a small boiler, the fridge was dirty, and it was clear that the staff were not professionals.
