“Not what is described in the listing. Did not stay for the second night booked.”

The area was close to the family we were visiting. The accommodation is not as described in the listing. The listing does not mention that the kitchen is a shared space, and the advertised garden views are not present. These were important factors in our booking decision, and the property does not match the description we relied on when making the reservation.

“Quarto limpo; confortável e sossegado.”

Cleanliness, comfort, quiet. The main door handle is loose and comes off completely; it fell to the floor when I tried to open the main door.
