The rooms were clean and the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly, but the hotel was very old, the wall coverings were peeling, and the room ventilation was noisy.

“DON’T STAY HERE!”

It used to be a nice place, but now it feels like a relic held together with duct tape and poorly trained staff.

“Hard to believe that this is Hilton property. :-(”

The hotel was close to our Boston destination, yet the rooms were shabby, the carpet was stretched with many bumps, the shower enclosure looked dirty and scary, wallpaper was applied over old wallpaper, the toilet paper holder was loose and falling off, and the staff were a bit edgy when we asked for coffee after a long trip at 4 PM; they said the only option was the restaurant, which wouldn’t open until 7 AM the next day or to bring it to the room – no service at all.
