The views were breathtaking, the staff always smiled and thanked us, the National Park location was superb, the room stayed tidy and comfy, and the onsen was the best of our three‑week Japan trip; breakfasts and dinners were plentiful, varied, and very tasty, though a wider selection of fresh fruit and veggies would have been nice.

Everything was outstanding: the service was delightful, the meals delicious, the views amazing, and the sunrise over the ocean lovely. There were plenty of excursion options and the pick‑up and drop‑off service was convenient.

The dining was delicious and the sunrise views from the onsen were breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and the stay was extremely relaxing, with everything else being excellent.
