“stay if desperate for accomodation”

The location is okay; the staff are friendly and helpful, but the accommodation needs improvement. The surrounding paving and cleanliness are lacking, and the furniture is rotten. Vigan tourism should have a better way of accrediting and monitoring accommodations to bring them up to par with the rest of the world. As above.

Run‑down water leaking, not very clean, and shabby.

“Good friendly hotel for resting very central to amenities,”

The rooms are big, with ample space, and the staff are friendly; the A/C works. There is no ice in the building, no vending machine, and breakfast is very limited—no toast or jam. They don’t advertise tours for tourists, so you have to ask, and they’re not trained for international travellers.

“It was ok”

The staff were friendly. The Wi‑Fi is almost non‑existent, with a low signal inside the room. There are no complimentary drinks or bathroom toiletries. A café exists but it was closed. I don’t think they offer room service either, as when we ordered chips for a night snack they didn’t have them. It was also hard to contact them, whether by phone or their mobile number.
