They turned me away, saying the hotel was fully booked even though I showed my reservation; I begged but the staff declined.

Everything checked out fine – the room was clean, the service prompt, and I didn’t run into any issues. [/BODY]

The place was tidy and the staff courteous and professional. A special shout‑out to the cleaning lady who went out of her way to sort my clothes for me—much appreciated. [/BODY]
