Nice location, easy to find, and rooms are pleasant.

We stayed 1 night, 2 days; maintenance good and owner very friendly. Everything is within a good distance: Shri Ram temple, new ghats, shopping, food, and the railway station is 1.5 km. Rooms and washroom are good.
