“Unacceptable cleanliness and hygiene, we left after one night of a four night booking and had to move to another hotel.”

Unfortunately, very little. The manager was polite and apologised when I complained, but the condition and cleanliness of the accommodation completely overshadowed anything positive about the stay. I was extremely disappointed with this property. We booked two rooms for four nights, but the cleanliness and hygiene were completely unacceptable. The bedding and pillowcases in both rooms did not appear to have been properly changed or cleaned and had a very unpleasant smell. My bedroom and bathroom also smelled extremely bad. In the second room, where my sister and nephew were staying, there was no hot water. I complained directly to the property and spoke to the manager, who apologised, but the situation was bad enough that I did not feel comfortable keeping my family there. We stayed only one night out of the four nights we had booked and left the following morning. I then had to urgently book another hotel on Nusa Lembongan and move all our luggage and family there. I have been booking accommodation for well over 10 years, and this is the first time I have ever found a property unacceptable enough that I had to leave after the first night and pay for another hotel. A very disappointing and stressful experience

“Value for money”

The location is good, and the four brothers running the place were very helpful and friendly. It could be a bit cleaner—towels should be changed daily and pool towels cleaned more regularly.

“A little disappointing.”

The position was good, but the place was very run down. There was no seat on the toilet downstairs, and the upstairs room had no hot water.

“Restful & Comfortable”

The owners were a huge help, picking me up and dropping me off at the ports and answering any queries. I would recommend this place.
