Check‑in was easy. However the blankets were stained and unclean, the beds were unbearably uncomfortable and springy, and bed bugs or some sort of bugs bit my daughter.

The self‑serve process worked very well. I received an e‑mail immediately, but it lacked a room number, so I texted the number that was readily available on the site and they texted back with the room number. The code to get in was easy to remember and the door worked every time, which is more than I can say for card keys! The microwave was a little slow but did work.

The location was perfect, and the room and facilities were well maintained.

Clean and reasonably priced, and they eventually responded to a request but it took a week. Beds were very low, self‑service is fine but I wasn’t sure how to get fresh towels or washcloths.
