The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the whole building stayed calm and silent after dark. I liked how the quietness stretched from the lobby right into the rooms. A pleasant, low‑key stay.

Checked in and the staff gave me a warm welcome; the room itself was beautiful, spotless and nicely decorated. It felt like a little oasis after a long day of travel. Definitely a highlight of the trip.

Overall the service could have been better, but one employee was truly outstanding and managed to cover for the rest of the team. Her attitude made a big difference, though the inconsistency was still noticeable. Not the best experience, but that one staff member shone.
