The breakfast buffet was fine, and the location is perfect for walking to most places, in a quiet neighbourhood.

The location is fine. The staff were cold; it seemed like they weren’t even trying to serve a customer.

The location is good. Unfortunately one evening we returned very tired and found no hot water; nobody acted quickly, and we had to wait until the next morning. You can’t leave an entire hotel without hot water.

“Centralt hotell med trevlig personal.”

The hotel is centrally located, close to attractions and local transport such as buses, the subway, and trams, and the breakfast is good—especially the long opening hours. I would like to see more hooks in the bathroom for towels and toiletries; there was only a narrow towel rack, barely enough space for two shower towels. I’d have preferred a shower cabin over a bathtub.
