Quiet location, tidy room, coffee and tea available.

Very spacious, clean, great terrace and view, convenient for trips in both directions, very friendly host, modern and clean, a parasol could be borrowed; a coffee machine in the room would be nice, the accommodation is a bit remote so a car is essential even for a quick trip to San Teodoro.

The room was exactly as booked: very clean, spacious, with a private bathroom in the hallway. The terrace view was stunning, though we were unlucky to hear concrete poured across the street that morning. The room door was a bit faulty and squeaked twice during the night when we left it unlocked to use the opposite bathroom. Morning noise from other guests was quite loud.
