“Must stay!!!”
Absolutely amazing!!! Situated 1min away from Kabalana Beach which is one of the best we've been to in all of the Sri Lankan Southcoast as well as good restaurants too. The room was very comfortable and spacious, AC was very strong and good too! The staff were absolutely the best! Helped us with everything we needed and were so lovely and caring during our whole 4 night stay. 10/10 service and accomodation in Ahangama! :) very affordable and fair price too. Breakfast is available to purchase (very reasonable price) as well and is absolutely delicious!

Thanks for my last minute stay. I only stayed one night but I slept well and had a lovely simple breakfast. I loved my Google translation conversation with the owner. Her smile made my day

De hosts van Chao Beach Villa zijn ontzettend lief en behulpzaam. Ze spreken niet echt Engels, maar doen er alles aan om je welkom te laten voelen. De kamer is ruim en prima om in te verblijven. De locatie is ook fijn, dicht bij Kabalana Beach en genoeg restaurants in de buurt. Het toilet zichzelf niet automatisch met water; na gebruik moesten we dit handmatig doen met een teil. Omdat we tijdens ons verblijf ziek zijn geworden, was dit helaas niet erg prettig. Ook heeft de klamboe geen opening, wat het in- en uitstappen wat lastig maakt. Daarnaast liepen er best wat mieren in de kamer. Hopelijk zijn dit tijdelijke problemen die relatief eenvoudig op te lossen zijn, want met een paar kleine aanpassingen kan dit een hele fijne plek worden!
