It’s close to everything in LA. The only issue was that the hot tub wasn’t working.

The front desk gentleman was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, making an unexpected room change quick and stress‑free. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, though the breakfast spread felt a bit limited; a warmer, more welcoming service would improve the morning experience.

“Overall pretty good stay.”

The location was perfect for our event, but the reception check‑in process was not ideal. On the bright side, the valet men were very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t use the restaurant, but it looked nice. The room is spacious, the gym is good, and there’s a grocery store right across the street—very convenient.
