The room was fairly new and worked fine for a short holiday. The bed and cleaning weren’t completely spotless, but the staff took care of it.

“Катастрофически ужас”

I had no positive moments; it was terrible, worse than anywhere else. The room I booked, 302, had no windows even though we paid for an upgraded room and the photos on Booking showed windows. A horrible damp smell filled the room, and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling leaking water. In the evening we were asked what time we wanted to have breakfast, and in the morning we were strongly advised to eat elsewhere because the rooms were never cleaned. The reception staff didn’t speak English at all, and walking through the corridors felt frightening. I was with a coach and we didn’t see a worse place; it’s interesting how such a high rating can exist on Booking.

The service at this hotel was top-notch, the staff were really helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, there wasn't much else to note about my stay, it was a bit uneventful.

“Recommend”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional reception team - they're super friendly and helpful. The location is quite secluded and peaceful, which I really appreciated. Although the rooms are pricey, I think they're well worth the cost and I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I was really impressed with this hotel - the staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a really pleasant stay.
