A spacious, lovely flat just a few steps from the Sassi, and Chiara is a very nice host. We loved everything; just a suggestion: a little sofa or a couple of small armchairs would be appreciated.

The location is excellent, but the breakfast could be improved. I’d add a sign to help people find the place.

The spot is spot‑on, right next to the historic centre and with food shops just around the corner. The flat is nice, featuring two big bedrooms. It sits on the first floor with an elevator, which is perfect when you’ve got luggage. There are coffee pods and biscuits available, which I really appreciated. The downside is that the two bedrooms are in a line, so when you’re in the second one you have to walk through the first to reach the single, only bathroom. The small kitchen lacks a bit of dishware, and a kettle would be welcome.

Chiara was very kind, helpful and hospitable. She welcomed us with great courtesy, making us feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent. The building is clean, the rooms match the description and photos. Highly recommended!
