“It was ok”
The hotel looks great, but I had some issues with my stay - the bed was too hard, and I had to request conditioner and body wash, which were not adequately provided.

Terrible. They didn’t have a room available for check‑in at 11 pm!

I was disappointed that I didn't get a refund for the third room.

I had a frustrating experience trying to change my reservation, and unfortunately, the hotel's customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay, as I didn't get what I paid for - I booked a king-sized bed but got two queen-sized beds instead, and the bathroom and shower area were very small.
