L'Espadon hotel is situated just 1 kilometre from Saint-Jean-de-Monts city centre and a few steps from the beach. It features free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a private garage. The hotel restaurant, run by the Mériau family, offers a warm atmosphere. Rooms have flat-screen TVs, modern en-suite facilities, and some have air conditioning and balconies, set amidst a peaceful pine forest and sea views.

The location, soundproofing, and room air‑conditioning made parking easy. A tiny fridge in the room would have been a nice luxury.
