The staff were adorable and the place is ideally located. The bedding should have been changed.

The overall experience was a major let‑down, leaving both my partner and me stressed and anxious at a time when we needed full rest because of medical issues and disability. One staff member was especially rude and condescending, driving us completely mad. Our Rome trip turned out less fun than we had imagined, and I’ll never book a B&B‑style place like this again. It would have been wiser to pay more for a proper hotel, where the experience might have been far better. I also had to point out that at the back of the property, in a narrow alley leading to the entrance, there were rough sleepers and the area was being used as a public toilet, creating a health hazard that made us feel physically ill. Sorry this is all so negative but you asked.

The location is great, but the area outside feels pretty seedy until you go around the corner, where it’s actually okay.
