Cleanliness was great and service excellent. The mattress was terrible, like a water mattress, and since we stayed overnight we had to ask for a blanket and sheets because there was only the basic stuff on top of the mattress.

The accommodation and the shopping options were solid, but the only hiccup was that the hot shower didn’t work in the morning, even though it did the day before.

The only bright spot was the meal, but the whole experience was a nightmare. The place advertises a daily rate, yet it operates like a night‑stay. We booked online, paid on arrival, and were told our “overnight” would end at 3 am. We had to prove it was a day rate, and we were basically locked in, unable to leave without a full check‑out. The staff even threatened us with a “you can’t leave without paying” line, even though we were just heading to an appointment.
