Private bathrooms are either internal or external. Guests enjoy daily Italian breakfasts and free WiFi. The Two Towers are a 2‑minute walk, Bologna Centrale 1.9 km, and Marconi Airport 10.5 km away.

The room was very comfortable, modern, and in a great spot with a view of a tower, good air‑conditioning, and a nice elevator to the fourth floor; there was nothing to complain about.

The location was fantastic and the breakfast superb, right in the middle of a pedestrian zone. First you go to the garage and then have to haul your suitcase to the accommodation. There was a lot of app and email traffic because of mandatory self‑check‑in, and the lack of personal contact felt more like a luxury Airbnb; it’s probably more suited to younger guests than to us 75+.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to everything, and the outdoor area was very lively because it was right across the main piazza; even the walk to the train station was decent. However, there was no human contact and everything was handled remotely.

The location, the great breakfast at a nearby restaurant, and the size of the room were all excellent. The only drawbacks were the eight steps from the elevator to the room and the bed being too firm.
