The staff were friendly and attentive, yet the mattress was very soft and I found some hair coming out of the shower.

The hotel is right near Quebec and surrounded by nature, and the price‑to‑quality ratio is solid. The only downside was the lack of a window that could open – it got pretty stuffy after a while. A little fresh air would have made the stay much more comfortable.

Everything was tidy, the staff kept in touch nicely, and they even let us check in later than usual. The only gripe was that the breakfast area didn’t have the basic utensils you need to eat properly.
