“Staff should be imparted proper training & chef must change breakfast items regularly”

The location, driveway, atrium, and lobby sit-outs were good, yet the breakfast items were repetitive, the outside janitorial work on the glass was done without informing guests which was really awful, room service was poor and late, the bar lounge was poor, and the bathroom was very small.

“Value for Money.”

The location is unbeatable, right next to the famous spots in South Kolkata. The breakfast was a disaster; despite feedback, nothing changed.

While the hotel's central location was a major plus, the breakfast experience fell short of my expectations. The food was not great, and I ended up skipping it for the rest of my stay.

“It was okay but not very satisfied of staying in your hotel”

On the one hand, the hotel's breakfast was decent, and its location was very convenient. However, the condition of my room and bathroom was not up to par, which was a major letdown.
