From the moment I stepped inside, the place felt like a cozy Christmas story – snow outside, a festive vibe inside, and everything just wrapped in warmth. The owners, Andy and Constantine, plus the adorable dog Luigi, were top‑notch hosts. Constantine was always checking in, making sure I had breakfast and was comfortable, and Andy even gave me a lift to catch my flight on time – that kind of care meant a lot.

Ciao Amore is a special place – the vibe is super, the hosts are friendly, and the guests are laid‑back, no dull crowd. Breakfast is good, rooms are simple but clean, and the shared baths are fine. Everything’s great, and the location is fantastic – bus 4 starts right outside the hotel. What else could you ask for? I’ll definitely come back.

“Friendly, welcoming and value for money”

The owners and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome, even sharing their tasty end‑of‑season dinner. I was the only guest having breakfast both mornings, and although I told them I didn’t need it, Konstantin insisted and served a great breakfast right when I wanted it. My room and bathroom were spotless. The downside was that I arrived during the end‑of‑season celebrations, so the hotel’s noise level was higher than expected.
