The room itself felt pretty modern and the whole place had a fresh vibe. I liked the communal kitchen a lot, though cleaning up after yourself seemed to be optional for some guests, and the shared bathroom could use a basic cleaning kit so you can tidy up your own stall. The only real hassle was there was nowhere to hang my coat – just a tiny table – and an empty niche that could have held a small shelf for extra storage.

Woke up around 6 am to discover there was no toilet paper in the shared restroom, and the room didn’t even have a TV to pass the time. The pool was a murky green, like algae were taking over, which was a big let‑down after a long day of travel.

The place houses a mix of workers and travelers, with roughly nine rooms sharing just two bathrooms and showers. Smoking in other rooms drifted into ours, and I spent about an hour at night trying to shut the door while the noise kept coming. On the plus side, the kitchen is great – people actually cook there and it feels communal. The rooms and baths are newly renovated and comfortable, but the regular crowd can be a bit intense, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a solo woman traveler.

Everything was clean and orderly, which made the stay pleasant. The downside was that the bathroom was located down the hall rather than inside the room.

The host was really welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Unfortunately, there was only one bathroom for all guests, and a few people were quite loud. The room was tiny for two people with luggage, and we never got any guidance on using the kitchen or hanging laundry – a problem for us cyclists who needed to wash clothes.
