“This is one of the nicest hotels in Grande Prairie.”
The spot is spot on and spotless, with comfy beds that make you want to stay. The pool and hot tub were a highlight.
“Convenient Location, but Room for Improvement”
Our stay was marred by some maintenance issues, but the hotel's proximity to our destination was a major plus. While the hotel initially showed promise, it's now starting to show signs of wear and tear. The room's bathroom needed some repairs, and the hallway carpets were in disrepair.
“Excellent Staff, but Security Issues”
The hotel staff were exceptional, but the hotel's security measures were put to the test when dealing with rowdy guests. The staff's professionalism and courtesy were truly impressive, but the situation with the intoxicated individuals in the elevator was concerning.
“A Hotel with Potential, but Room for Improvement”
While this hotel has some redeeming qualities, such as large rooms and a comfortable bed, its dark atmosphere and poorly lit spaces detract from the overall experience.
“Clean and Comfortable, but Noisy Air Conditioning”
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the air conditioning unit in the room was a major distraction, making it difficult to relax.
