Bugs were in my bed, and when I mentioned it, they sent someone over again, only to find bugs in the bathroom first.

“This place is not worth $120 a night. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.”

The hotel sits right next to the on‑ramp and the stadium, but we were moved twice—first because the bathroom had mold, then because the second room lacked a landline. In the third room, the floors and counter were dirty and the bedding was stained, and I heard the front desk on the phone raising room prices because of a concert that weekend.
