I arrived much earlier than 14:00, but the staff informed me that the room was ready, which was great after a long trip. Thank you. No complaints.

“立地も良い”

Last time I had a Japanese room, this time I used a double non‑smoking room. The exterior is old, but the interior feels clean and I had a very comfortable stay.

“最悪”

The air‑conditioner was unbearably noisy, so I asked the young woman at the front desk to move me to another room; she calmly said every room was the same and that the hotel was fully booked, speaking condescendingly while leaning on her hip, which shocked me. On top of that, water was dripping from the AC vent.

The location was great, being close to the city centre. Although the policy said cleaning would only be done for guests who requested it on consecutive nights, housekeeping entered my room without permission, which I found a bit suspicious.
