“Bra hotell!”
The room was nice, and parking in the building was convenient.
“Nie wieder in dieses Hotel!”
Honestly, the expectations for an IBIS Hotel were never met. Our stay was a total disappointment; the hotel clearly looks worn out and doesn’t match the pictures or the room category we booked. The reception was unfriendly. There was a stale, unpleasant smell in the building, and the stair treads were damaged and partially falling off. We had booked the most expensive room, yet it was cramped, dirty, and dusty. The lights didn’t work, and oddly a sock was tied over the smoke detector so it wouldn’t fall. The hair dryer was taped to the wall. In the bathroom almost nothing worked: the toilet flush was broken, the toilet paper was crumbling before we used it, the sink drain was clogged, and the ventilation was loud and blew cold air—unacceptable. The breakfast was also unacceptable; we skipped it and went to a nearby bakery instead. For the price and especially for the room category, this condition is completely disappointing. The value for money is non‑existent. We will definitely not book this hotel again and cannot recommend it based on our experience.
The lady who welcomed us at arrival was nice, but the room was dirty, the towel under the window was soiled and full of cigarette butts, there was a hole in the floor, and the desk was dirty.
The breakfast was varied, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet.

The beds were good, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was fine. However, the stair at the entrance was poorly maintained and dangerous; the steps inside were worn and not fully secured. The price/quality of the food was questionable.
