The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and included in the price, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed, but it was smaller than I expected.

The main leisure spots were close and easy to reach, but it would have been better if the price were a bit cheaper.

The room I stayed in had a full ReFa set, the staff were very accommodating, the bath was clean, and the breakfast was amazing! The shower pressure was weak, and it was sad that the karaoke machine cut out after two songs.
