The newly renovated room is spacious, functional, and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, and many restaurants are within walking distance.

Everything was clean, brand new, stylish, and very cozy. Having oatmeal added to breakfast would be great!

“ok for what I wanted”

Cornflakes, orange juice, bread/toast. More variety or choice would be better.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, making this motel near Seongseo Modae Outlet feel like the best in the area. It was quiet enough for a business trip, so I’d recommend it. The bathtub didn’t drain well and the shower pressure was weak; this was the only room with those issues, unlike the previous one. The tap paint had peeled, leaving black paint flakes, so some touch‑up work is needed.

“Gut, komfortabel, günstig. Aber abgelegen.”

I was looking for a cheap yet comfortable hotel and found one that fits the bill. It’s all exposed concrete, has a good layout, is functional, and in its sparse way, it’s also “beautiful.” The staff were nice and helpful, but sometimes they were “disciplinary” – as a European in Korea you have to deal with their “etiquette.” (After a few days we got used to each other – live and let live ;) The hotel is far from the city center; with public transport or metro it takes about 40 minutes to get there.
