“would not stay again but reasonable value for money”
The staff were friendly and helpful, yet the room was very small.
The hotel is in a great spot for visiting Universal Studios and offers good value for money. The room is very small, but that’s fine for a budget hotel; a hand soap could have been provided.
“Disappointing stay. Avoid”
The rooms were tiny—there wasn’t even enough space to put a suitcase on the floor and walk around it. The beds were uncomfortable, and the shower was on the wall in the bathroom with no screen or curtain, so everything in the bathroom stayed wet.
