lovely downstairs. no blanket was told no when i asked cleaner for one air con did not turn off shower downstairs was discusting

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, but the rooms could use a bit more polish for the price paid.

The rooms I was checked into both had black mold, were filthy, and had not even been cleaned after the previous guest left. I told them I was going to book another hotel and they have so far refused to refund my payment and blamed it.

Modern and the pool was nice. Some staff seemed rude and unhelpful.
