The facilities and buffet offer a wide variety of tasty food, though the desserts at the buffet are the only thing I’d nitpick; everything else is perfect.

I really enjoyed the staff’s friendliness, the cleanliness, the great food, the hotel’s location, and the activities.

The pool, room, cleanliness, and staff were good, but the food had little variety, the drinks were all generic brands, the area around the pool was dirty because they let foreigners, kids, and adults eat and drink inside it, and the pool bar offered only basic, poor‑quality food.

The staff were very friendly, but the food, location, and the fact that non‑alcoholic drinks were only available on request (no tap beer) were disappointing; the minibar ran out quickly and refills were slow, even for something as simple as a bag of fries; unlike other hotels, if you arrive outside meal times you’re told you can only eat the next day, and by the time you leave at 11 am the minibar is already empty.
The room is super spacious and you get access to the water park, but the bathroom feels a bit dated, and after paying for the minibar I was charged for staying two extra hours after checking out—most hotels let you stay without extra cost; the included drinks are of very low quality.
