“Sad & disappointing for return guest”

Location. One staff member was very friendly and welcoming. Staff member who didn’t smile or speak. HOT temp in room and entire building; room A/C apparently on both timer & motion sensor would not keep room cool. Exterior door of building difficult to open & handle barely hanging on. 1 used roll of TP in room, no soap or shampoo in bath; had to request all from silent staff member who gave minimal amount that didn’t last my entire stay. Ice machine didn’t work, no sign. No elevator. Room should have been cleaner; sheets and bed covers dirty. Stayed here a few years ago and it was fine. Property has obviously gone downhill under poor management and understaffing. Should have stayed at the Super 8 next door—I’ve stayed there before and it is excellent, far better than Country Inn, and costs less

“Realiable”

The location and availability were good, but the shower was dirty.

“Will not stay again”

It was easy to find. No elevator. Had to lug all our stuff up 2 flights of stairs. Breakfast ended at 9am. Staff was not friendly

“Carpet not good.”

The bed was comfortable and the towels/bath were nice. The staff were friendly and the room was clean except for the carpet. I didn’t like the carpet at all; it was dirty, especially in the foyers and hallways, smelled musty, and possibly had mold in some spots. It was not a pleasant way to enter through the back entrance.
