“Da migliorare accoglienza e rumorosità della stanza”

The room was quadruple and the bathroom was spacious, and the hotel is close to the Frasassi caves; the restaurant was good. The room was too noisy and the hotel staff were practically absent during both check‑in and check‑out.

“Ottima la posizione per visitare la riserva e le grotte,ma niente più”

The rooms were large and the pizza was very good. The décor and rooms looked like the 1980s, nobody knew I had already paid, and there was no point of contact for accommodation matters. Common areas and the bar were not very clean.

When my little sister and I arrived, we were turned away even though we had the booking confirmation and proof of payment. The staff were rude, aggressive, and unwelcoming, refusing to listen or find a solution for us arriving late at night, two girls aged 20 and 16, and they didn’t try to understand why our reservation was missing from their system. The only person who really handled the unpleasant situation was the bar/restaurant girl who reassured us she would find a solution. In the end it worked out, we slept in a room they freed for us (no one explained how they made it available or whether it had been cleaned beforehand), so we thank the girl, but we definitely don’t recommend the place for its hospitality and friendliness.

The welcome was poor and the bathroom taps were rusty.
