The listing mentioned parking, and I even confirmed that I would use a spot, but I was shocked to learn that the lot couldn't accommodate all guests and operates on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Because of that, I had to cancel my four‑night reservation and stay only the first two nights, yet I still paid for four nights. The service was mixed: one staff member was helpful, but the other who could have resolved the issue simply ignored my request, showing a lack of willingness to assist.

The room met my cost‑for‑value expectations, but after several stays here I ran into parking problems again. I had to leave my car on the street at night. The biggest negative point was that when I arrived at night and entered the parking lot, there was no designated spot, so I parked in a corner that wouldn't block traffic. The attendant then asked me to move my car because it was blocking a storage entrance. She also explained that the parking is rotational, which should have been clear in the app before I booked, especially with so many other hotel options available. I moved the car as requested, parked it on the street, and the next morning around 06:30 I saw that my car was not only where I had left it but also in the middle of the parking lot, blocking other spots. My takeaway is that you shouldn't worry about the removal request and can leave the car even if it’s closing other vehicles. The attendant shouldn't have that responsibility; the lack of sufficient spots should have been obvious at booking time, whether via the website or app.
