The place was clean, and the staff were very homey and excellent. The first floor sometimes turned into a bar (the curry was superb) and became a local hangout spot.

I was able to mingle with locals and had a fresh couple’s trip. The exchange space was a comfortable setting that was soothing and refreshing. Thanks to the innkeeper, a long‑haired older gentleman who worked on a startup renovation, and the cats for a fun time.

A wonderful, authentic little guesthouse at the end of the Tobishima Kaido, perfect for an out‑and‑back trip from Imabari. The host was very kind and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. There are no blinds on the windows, so you’ll wake up early.
