It was very quiet and I liked the pool. The manager was friendly and professional. However, the AC didn’t blow very cold, some lightbulbs were burnt, and a few towels had stains.

The bed was good and the room was clean. At check‑in, I had to wait a bit and there was no hair dryer available.

The staff was very friendly and the location is good. The place feels a little tired; the bathroom is dated, missing glasses and soap by the sink, and the light above the bed was burnt out.

Compared to a motel 60 $ away from Yuma downtown, the price value here is excellent.

The location, price, and comfortable bed and pillows are positives. Negatives include poor cleanliness, bad painting and maintenance, and a loud A/C.
