“Decent hotel with a good location for the park with an exceptionally helpful staff that will book everything for you”

Great spot, breakfast is decent, and the staff go above and beyond—organizing everything for you is a huge plus. The only downside is the limited food options around the area, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but worth noting.

“Great hotel, friendly staff😊”

The rooms were roomy with a fantastic mountain view, and the hotel sits just a 10‑minute walk from the Middle Gate entrance to the national park. It’s a quiet base for getting in and out, and the staff were super friendly, helping us plan our park itinerary and even picking us up from the train station. All in all, a great stay that I’d recommend to anyone visiting the park, and I’d definitely return.

The location is spot‑on, a short stroll to a less crowded park entrance, and the views from the property are stunning. Staff are attentive, warm, and helpful, the food is amazing, and the room is very comfortable.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, assisting us with itinerary planning and ticket bookings. They speak English, which was fantastic. The hotel’s proximity to the park entrance added convenience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it.
