“Wonderful”

It was a lovely bed and breakfast on a beautiful property with plenty of activities for both young and old.

The property is beautiful; the bed and room were comfortable with a nice view, and the daily breakfast basket was delicious. The hosts were easy to communicate with, but it felt odd that there was no reception area or staff when we arrived—we used a code to enter. The owners responded to texts and handled any questions, yet we never really knew who was in the house at any time. We met one staff member toward the end of our stay, and she was lovely.

I stayed in a room that had no private bathroom, which was disappointing.

“Wonderful Guesthouse. I will be staying here again!”

The hotel was conveniently close to restaurants and the town center, though the Wi‑Fi in my room was a bit spotty, it worked fine elsewhere.

“Very annoyed at facilities not available as advertised”

The location, beautiful grounds, and friendly owners were great, but the place was marketed as a self‑contained unit while only one annexe offered that; the other rooms shared a common living room and bathroom, and the advertised kitchen wasn’t usable at all, wasting the groceries we brought. No TVs were in the rooms, though the owners supplied one after we complained. Lovely place but not as advertised.
