The location and the restaurant were good, but the reception was a nightmare: the front‑desk staff seemed clueless, demanded ID and a credit card, yet the printer was jammed; the room’s ceiling was so low that the AC on the whole floor made it either freezing or sweltering, there was no dustbin, no Wi‑Fi password, no staff at the desk, and breakfast was missing entirely, leaving me to deal with all these issues for a long time; standing in the room was impossible because of the low ceiling and the lack of a window, and the price was higher than what I'd pay in New York.
