The location, cleanliness, and comfort were all good, but there was no hot water.

They left the key in a small box and expected you to handle everything yourself, with instructions sent via WhatsApp and total neglect. I still haven’t been able to get a receipt for my stay; Ginés, the person I’m in touch with, has been delaying for four days and I’m not even sure if the place is legally operating, as he answers as if it were Hostal Cala Verde or Hostal Nuria.

It was the best value in this pricey area, but the check‑in was a disaster: no one on site, unresponsive to messages, and the staff didn’t coordinate well.
