L’atmosphère est chaleureuse et intimiste, et toute l’équipe est adorable, attentionnée et vraiment accueillante. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. C’est probablement le meilleur hôtel dans lequel nous ayons séjourné au Pérou. Une très belle adresse où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The location is great and the common area is nice, but the room was very damp and on the ground floor with direct access to reception, so privacy was limited.

The terrace and the beautifully landscaped garden give the hotel a unique vibe. You forget about everyday life for a moment, enjoy the calm, and feel completely at ease. What really sets this hotel apart are the people. The whole team is exceptionally warm, attentive, and authentic. Every wish is met with a smile, and you never feel like a guest – more like visiting friends. The music selection is fantastic, setting the right mood at any time of day and enhancing the special atmosphere. This hotel has character, soul, and a hospitality that’s rarely found. Once you’ve been here, you’ll understand why you’d want to book your next stay right away. Thank you for this unforgettable time – we’ll definitely come back!

“A stylish and charming place with excellent breakfast, but inconsistent service detracts from the overall experience.”

The property has a very nice style, with a beautiful courtyard and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was very good, and overall the environment felt refined and welcoming. While most of the staff were professional, one member of the team provided a very poor welcome and did not assist with luggage. It felt as if guests were expected to manage everything themselves, which is not appropriate for this level of accommodation

“Man hat sich wie daheim gefühlt!!”

The house and the equipment are amazing! Packed with many unexpected and loving details. The kitchen is especially great – a fully stocked fridge with all kinds of drinks, healthy and sweet snacks, free to use. The garden was also fantastic – we had breakfast, chilled, and drank wine there. I fell in love with the house cat “Tempo.” The staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly. The Italian manager of the hotel greeted my girlfriend with excessive enthusiasm and ignored me completely, not even looking at me. I stood there dumb for 10 minutes while he made eye contact with her. I had found and booked the hotel, so that’s honestly the first time it’s happened to me. A bit disappointing and not very hospitable. He was the absolute exception – the rest of the staff were great!
