“We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend it more!”
The location was great, within walking distance of the city centre but tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The street was lovely and easy for taxis to access, which was great when booking taxis for our daily trips around Bali. We also felt comfortable walking back to the accommodation at night, which was a big plus. We booked an airport pickup through the family, which we were so glad we did, as we arrived at around 3 am and didn’t have to worry about finding a taxi in the middle of the night. They were happy to accommodate our late arrival, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The AC worked perfectly and was so quiet, and the room was cleaned every day. We didn’t have a single mosquito in the room, and they even provided a plug‑in mosquito repellent, which was a nice touch. We had breakfast there on our last morning and wished we’d tried it sooner! The fresh fruit was lovely, and having breakfast on the patio in front of our room, overlooking the beautiful garden, was such a nice way to start the day. The family was so kind and welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed. We also met their daughter, who was lovely. The house is beautiful and looks newly renovated, and we really enjoyed getting a little glimpse into local Balinese family life. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Honestly, everything was great, and we would happily stay here again. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful place with a lovely family and a great location, we highly recommend it! 😊
