The location is perfect, the place is amazing, and the staff are very kind. Be careful before you book: the cheapest room has mattresses on the floor, so you basically sleep pressed against the person next to you.

One of the best locations in Brienz, and the staff service is excellent. Highly recommended. Check what kind of rooms you want before you book.

The welcome was great, the staff were kind and flexible, and the chalet was very cozy. The noise from a group of people laughing loudly at 8 am was annoying.
