The staff were excellent, I don’t judge the cleanliness because the day before there was heavy rain and naturally the facilities, especially the pool, were dirty; it was a cold day so there was no fuss.

The food was delicious, and the place is right at the entrance to Santa Rosa, so having a car is handy. The only downside is that a road runs straight in front of the property, making it a bit noisy.

The venue is very pretty, but the central location means traffic noise is quite noticeable, and I would have preferred the food to be served on-site instead of elsewhere.

The facilities are beautiful, everything is spotless, very quiet, and the ladies are wonderful people with a lot of warmth. The breakfast was super tasty. Everything was amazing.
