The facilities were poor.
Got scammed by this place - they took my money but wouldn't let me check in. Not exactly the kind of welcome I'd hope for.
“Pathetic service from the reception during the day and rude guy at the reception. Would not want to go back there”
The room was actually pretty spacious, but that was about it. They didn't provide any basic amenities like plates or glasses, and they wanted more money than we'd already paid. The receptionist in the morning was really rude, but another guy later on was nice.
The front office staff were unsatisfactory.
We had a pretty disappointing experience at Collection O Republic Mall. We'd already booked the room, but when we got there, they wanted an extra ₹1500 on top of what we'd paid. They even asked us to transfer the money to a personal account, which seemed really shady. Needless to say, we ended up cancelling our booking.
