The shower had good pressure and temperature. There was no breakfast, all floors were tiled so it was quite noisy, the air‑con was a bit erratic, and the wardrobe was falling apart.

“Good location, nice pool, but no open bar and restaurant at our visit.”

The beds were comfortable, the location was good, and the room had a private bathroom and fridge. One staff member spoke good English and was helpful, but she left around 17:00. The pool was nice and large, but there were no sun‑beds or comfortable chairs. The bar was not open, even though it was listed as open. There was no restaurant as described. The English‑speaking girl said it was because of Tet, but Tet holiday was over when we arrived; perhaps the staff were still on extended holiday. The lack of chairs and sun‑beds made relaxing by the pool impossible, which was a shame because the pool itself was large and comfortable. After 17:00 it was hard to get in touch with staff because the helpful girl had already left.
