The hotel's location was great, but the way they handled payments was a major letdown. They started calling me a few days before my check-in date, asking for advance payment without any prior communication. I had to politely tell them to stop, and even sent a message on WhatsApp about the harassment. When I checked in, they took my money, but then I had to spend my vacation time chasing them for a proof of payment and invoice, which they finally provided on my second day.

The hotel's location is one of its strongest points – it's right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to get around. The staff were also really helpful, especially when I checked in late, which was a nice touch. However, the room itself was a bit of a letdown – it was small and the walls were paper-thin, so I could hear everything going on in the next room. Still, the cleanliness and the comfy bed made up for it, and the price was decent considering the location.

The hotel's location was perfect, but unfortunately, the lack of basic facilities really let it down. There was no breakfast available, which wasn't a huge issue for me, but the fact that there were no food facilities on site was a problem. The real issue, though, was the door lock not working properly, which made me feel a bit uneasy. To make matters worse, there was only one staff member on duty, which meant I had to wait a while to get any help.

The hotel itself was pretty standard, nothing particularly stood out as exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was a bit small. What really made my stay was the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were super friendly and helpful, and it was clear they genuinely cared about their guests.

I'm still trying to figure out how this place managed to get so many good reviews. The location is literally right in the heart of the city, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late. But the room itself was a different story - it was tiny, with barely enough space to move around, and the noise from the street outside was deafening. I mean, I've stayed in some small rooms before, but this one was something else.
